Step into Elf World and meet Daphnea Feather the Owl Whisperer Woodlander Elf; a unique poseable art doll from artist Ann Galvin of Elf World Creations.

Daphnea Feather is an Owl Whisperer, Forest Defender and Woodlander from Friston Forest in Sussex England. The Owl Whisperers are essential to the security of the Elven Realm, training aerial warriors to protect the skies. Daphnea Feather has a collection of beautiful feathers which she uses to call her birds. She is a silent deceptive Defender of the Realm ~ Daphnea Feather is fixed on a modelled base. Her clothes and hat are not removable.

Daphnea Feather has been sculpted with Prosculpt over a strong wire armature and is gently poseable. She features wet-felted sleeves and hat using natural earth-dyed wools. She has glass eyes and mohair hair and is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade without the use of moulds here at my studio on the Sussex Coast. She is just a touch under eight inches tall.

Daphnea Feather the Owl Whisperer will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

About the Artist:

The designer of this piece is a professional multi-media artist with more than thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator. She later returned to sculpture, modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and has been a member of many Sussex collectives.

Elf World Creations has been featured in DollsHouse and Miniature Scene Magazine.
