Lord Yorvik is a Warrior Gnome, Forest Defender and Woodlander from the waterways of Cuckmere Haven, Sussex England. His ancestors were washed up beneath the cliffs many centuries ago. Fierce and brave, he is ready to take on any villains in the area, defending the righteous and good citizens with his axe. He is a silent deceptive Defender of the Realm ~ Lord Yorvik is fixed on a grassy base and is warmly dressed in gold mail as befits his rank and birthright ...

Lord Yorvik has been sculpted with Cosclay over a beachstone retrieved from beneath his own cliffs. He has glass eyes and feathery hair and is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade without the use of moulds here at my studio on the Sussex Coast. He is just five and a half inches tall.

Lord Yorvik the Warrior Gnome will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

About the Artist:

The designer of this piece is a professional multi-media artist with over thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator. She later returned to sculpture, modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and has been a member of many Sussex collectives.
