Treasury Gnome 'Eliza Shilling' * keeper of the bullion * OOAK Sculpt by Artist Ann Galvin

A unique Elf World Character ~ meet Eliza Shilling the Bullion Gnome delivering silver shilling coins to the Elf World Treasury. She is travelling in secret with her messenger bag containing three shilling coins and was willing to show them to us ~ but she has a finger to her lips ... 'shhh, tell no-one'.

Eliza Shilling is a stalwart Defender of the Realm. She is wearing a dragon scale jerkin in case of HighwayTroll attack and of course carries a magical potion bottle for extra security ...

Eliza Shilling has been sculpted with my own blend of polymers, painted with heat set paints and sealed with lacquer. She has stunning hand-created glass eyes, and is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade without the use of moulds at my studio on the Sussex Coast. She is just under five inches tall ... her potion bottle and coins are removable from the tableau. The authentic shilling coins are dated 1948, 1950 and 1962.

Eliza Shilling will be accompanied by a photo authenticity certificate signed by the artist.

About the Artist:

The designer of this piece is a professional multi-media artist with over thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator. She later returned to sculpture, modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and has been a member of many Sussex collectives.
