Viola has been sculpted with my own blend of polymer clay. She is a 'one of a kind' creation having been entirely handmade as always without the use of moulds here at my studio in the heart of the Sussex countryside. She has been gently blushed. Viola is just two and a half inches high including the pot, with an endearing little face and wide onyx eyes. Viola is not removable from her pot.
About the Artist:
The designer of this piece is a professional multi-media artist with over thirty years experience. After studying Sculpture and Ceramics, she began her professional career as a freelance illustrator. She later returned to sculpture, modelling in clay, polymers and cold porcelain. She has exhibited widely at exhibitions and galleries and has been a member of many Sussex collectives. Her work has been featured in Dolls House and Miniature Scene ~
